YAMAWA Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will absorb and merger YAMAWA Taps Co.,Ltd.(Yonezawa Plant) and YAMAWA Precision Co. Ltd. (Fukushima Plant and Aizu Plant) on December 21, 2020. The names of the plants will be Yonezawa Plant, Fukushima Plant and Aizu Plant of YAMAWA Manufacturing Co.Ltd after that.
