History	April 1964: The Fukushima Plant of YAMAWA MFG. Co., Ltd. was newly established and commenced operations.
	April 1991: Separated from YAMAWA MFG. Co., Ltd. and established as YAMAWA Precision Co., Ltd., becoming independent together with the Aizu Plant.
	Oct. 2000: Aquired ISO 9001 certification.
	Oct. 2002: Aquired ISO 14001 certification.
	Nov. 2015: The company received the Japan Greenery Research and Development Center Chairman’s Award.
	Dec. 2016: The company received the Environmental Activities Award from the Japan Cutting and Wear-resistant Tool Association.
	Dec. 2020: The company was absorbed and merged into YAMAWA MFG. Co., Ltd.
